Finding a trustworthy auto shop was on the top of my to-do list when I settled in Syracuse and I am so thrilled that I found Rudy Schmid on the first try. Their prices are reasonable and the work done is fantastic. They will always give you a quote before doing work and will be honest about what is in your best interests. They are also very efficient and run on time. I highly recommend going to Rudy Schmid with any car troubles, general maintenance, or general questions.

I am updating my review--They are still great! I live in Nashua and twice a year I drive in to see family and get my car serviced. They are best deal in town.

Original post: I recently move to the area and trying to find reputable and reasonable service was not something I was looking forward to doing. Two months ago I brought in my car for an oil change and new breaks. I then took my car back for some body work and snow tires. They gave me a quote for the work, called to confirm the work in progress, and the work that was done was what I had asked for and for the price they quoted me. The women at the service counter are wonderful. I would highly recommend Rudy Schmid.

I learned about Rust Check and Rudy Schmid Total Car Care from a friend who had been going to Rudy Schmid for several years. I have been having applying Rust Check to both of my vehicles for a few years now. One of my vehicles is a 10 year old minivan with no signs of rust. I live 1.5 hrs away and drive to the shop annually to have Rust Check applied. Great product and great customer service at the shop.

body shop did perfect work on my Subaru out back . i use rust on all of my cars and truck always prompt reasonable. the 45 min drive each way is well worth the service. everyone is so polite an friendly. coffees not bad also.
