The best!! i have always trusted my vehicles with the Schmid family. they treat you like a member of their family always. You can always trust you get quality work, and most importantly Honesty. Cant find much of that these days but you can always count on PJ and Diane standing behind the work they do and honoring whatever they say. A complete joy to do business with. This is long overdue. My 11 year old daughter and I visited Syracuse for the first time this past June, 2018. My daughter and I were new to the world of competitive Horseback riding...Syracuse was one of her first Big Shows. It was HOT and our A/C had stopped working. Rudy's told me to bring it in and they would fit it in. I needed to get back to the show..my daughter was scheduled to ride, and the hotel shuttle was painfully late. I must of appeared anxious...staff kept asking if I needed a ride..offered to drive me! I made it back in time and the shuttle did finally arrive. What sticks with me ..along with having AC working again! was the kindness, compassion, and effort demonstrated to an "Out of Towner from Maine". My repair was not a big ticket item. Other shops had told me "No Way we can fit you in". Rudy's did. Thank you Rudy's!

I went for my annual Rust Proofing treatment. They are always great to work with. I was in and out in less time than they said. I would recommend them for not only their rust proofing but I always go their for my breaks too. A great place!
